XL jeans bundle

2 pair of wide leg jeans. Dark wash, True Religion says size 31, but waist measures almost 17" across, inseam 31". Lighter wash, Flamingo brand jeans, waist measurement 17" across, inseam is 31" i would say they are both a mid-rise (8-9 inch from bottom to crotch seam)
