XL black cold shoulder batwing blouse NWOT

Extremely flowy off shoulder blouse with chain front embellishment on right shoulder strap. The collar has two buttons on the back of the neck for size adjustment. It's very thin and lightweight, but still quite opaque. No tags. Never worn, never washed. Made in China
