It is made from 100% cotton linter (short, fine fibers that remain on the cottonseed after the ginning process) that is a pre-consumer material. Bemberg™ is sustainable, biodegradable and compostable. It is used in high-end clothing and extravagant sheets. Now, imagine your softest, silkiest, satiny smooth night gown. That is how luxurious this outfit feels next to your skin. If a lover rips it from your body in the heat of passion, you can toss the shredded garment onto the compost pile. Totally recyclable. Tunic Top (and the pants) is made of 100% Bemberg; the trim is 100% silk. The tunic's large shell buttons angle down the front. A crinkled silk detachable pocket hangs hip level on the right-hand side. The sleeve cuffs, as well as the triangular-shaped insert are also crinkled silk. MEASUREMENTS: Bust 46 inches; Sleeves 33 inches (measured from collar to cuff); Length 48 inches. Palazzo Pants have side pockets and are made of 100% Bemberg; the trim is 100% silk. Condition is good, the exception to it being very good is that the delicate nature of the fabric stretches in some places exposing undyed seams. This miner defect is reflected in the price of the set.
