XL Her Destiny Postcard Skirt

This is a vintage (perhaps 1990s), woman’s size medium, Australian postcard print, maxi skirt made in India by “Her Destiny”. No content label, but definitely a polyester fabric. It is a full-style skirt featuring an elastic waist with gathering in the back and flat inverted box-pleating in the front topped with ruffles all around, belt loops with a separate tie-sash, 2 side seam slit pockets, non-working button accent trim down the front and a straight hemline falling somewhere around mid-calf depending upon your height. The unusual fabric features a large photo print of Australian posters or postcards in a up/down, patchwork style.
