hayleyscloset9 @carriebrely I have I actually really like them. It is really good for your neck and shoulders. I would say it probably stays cold for about an hour and a half to two hours.

hayleyscloset9 @carriebrely I think it also depends on how long you leave it in the freezer. I only had it in the freezer for about four hours so I would assume that the longer to the freezer the longer it will last.
