XIX Palms X Anthropologie Ibiza black wrap maxi dress Petite Med M BEST fits XS!

Size is Petite Medium but best fit XS!! See measurements below! NWOT, never worn, purchased at Anthropologie when I wore XS, I’m usually a Small. Chest across lying flat 16” Has a hi-lo type hem, total length 57”. NOTE: I am 5’6” for reference, and it is a great maxi with heels - but prob NOT for a petite woman!!!! Again, I bought when I was at least 2 sizes smaller and it best fits an XS! Aprox hips 16-17” across.
