Please note that the ruffle fits over the top of your arm but since my form has no arms I have just laid it at armseye. Bust is variable as it's a crossover but the waist measurement is 39". Side zippper. Floor Length Ruffled skirt. The Bodice is lined. We sell on consignment but many items are hand selected by us and all pre-owned items may be gently loved.
