XCVI khaki/tan colored skirt with stretchy waistband. There are bleach stains on front and back, please see pictures. with waistband folded down. it is barely noticeable in front. With waistband folded down, you can see it in back. Measurements waist 16 (unstetched) length 40 waistband height 8
