Please note during the shipping process the wax must have gotten warm & the pressure of the surrounding cans caused the wax to come out from under the seal. Please see the pictures. They are brand new, all have an inner foil seal & the clear seal around the lid. This wax is soft & gentle, applies very easy comes off clean without leaving a residual. The wax is white & makes it easier to see how much facial hair was removed. I use this & like it better than many other brands that I have tried.
