Wunder Under Cropped Leggings

I’ve had these leggings for a while so gently used. They are very soft and comfortable. The waist band has a design. The last picture shows what the fabric looks like. It’s not necessarily piling itself, but it does hold onto other fabrics some. Willing to negotiate on these!
