Lovely Wtoo by Watters Bridesmaid dress Style is Porter Like new, has been dry-cleaned. Tags still on it. No alterations dark navy blue color Built in breast pads. No need to wear a bra! Dress is approximately 51” long, not including strap length. I am 5’9” and did not have to alter while wearing 2” heels.
