It is BRAND NEW 🤍 the waist size is 32 inches, but can be altered to fit you! I am 5’4 and the length is perfect on me with 4 inch heels even. I will ship with garment bag it came in. It’s really gorgeous and the material is amazing quality tulle! It is very thick and lots of layers!
