mcalise @ssb23 hi! So sorry I missed this. The straps are the pieces of chiffon hanging down so I just have them flowing free but you can pull the pieces up and tie them in a bunch of ways. I’ll try to find a photo of the party I was in because we all wore it differently.

mcalise @ssb23 just posted! You can do it as a halter and tie it at the neck or do it as wider shoulder straps and tie it at the waste. You can also do a cross halter and one shoulder and you basically just tie it around the waist
