Wtoo Watters Chandler style dress in size 1X. The color is French Blue. Worn once for a few hours for just the wedding ceremony. Kept overall clean, but there are water stains on the lower front and back. They aren’t visible in normal lighting which is probably why I never noticed, but you can see them with close inspection and flash lighting. They can probably be easily removed but I’m not familiar with cleaning water stains from chiffon so it is being sold as is.
