The dark brown is from an LV Wappity I believe. The other is the small Pochette wrist/hand strap. Both are slit at the ends when they were removed from their original bag. When I sell the Neverfull side straps they are slit in the same way. I send leather weld glue to reattach and they stay super firm. I have not tried on a more used hand strap but I think it would work. It’s amazingly strong stuff. Either one could have a small clasp attached.
