Wren & Willa size small blue and white dress

Excellent condition Wren & Willa blue and white thin vertical striped dress. Could also be worn as longer shirt over leggings or bottoms. Off the shoulder with 3/4 sleeves. Just needs to be steamed, now hanging up to help get wrinkles out
