Wray NYC marais dress, S

Labeled size S but I’m usually a M (size 6-8) and it fits me well. Adjustable tie straps but they can be tucked in and worn strapless too. Worn once. Washed on gentle and hung to dry. Excellent condition. It’s smocked at the top but very flowy the rest of the way down — the “waist” measurement is difficult to measure for this reason. Length measurement doesn’t include the straps as they are adjustable. For reference my measurements are 36” bust / 28” waist / 41” hip.
