Wrapper Brand Plum Velvet Top Sz Medium 90s Y2K

This Wrapper Brand Plum colored velvet top has major 90s Y2K vibes! Fabric has a sheen to it so it looks purple in some photos but its a deep plum. Tag says medium but it was my sister's and she's definitely a small. Measurements in photos. Fabric has a little stretch to it. Sleeves are 3/4". Excellent pre-owned condition.
