Wraparound Open Back Silk Blouse

This is a show-stopper. Gorgeous electric blue shadow stripe semi-sheer silk. Incredible detail with a gathered front & back dropped neckline. Two covered silk buttons on the front & back. Elastic billowy sleeves. The back has two long sash ties so you can make it as open or closed as you like. I’ve never seen anything like this blouse, it’s beautiful. Excellent condition!
