Wrangler cutoff shorts 6

I purchased these from fellow posher but these run super small. I’ve never worn Wranglers so not familiar with the fit. These run very narrow through the hips. They are tagged a size 32, but I would say they fit more like a 29 in other jeans; i.e., Seven, Hudson, Mother, Frame, Paige, Joe’s. I think these were pants that the previous owner cut off. These are super cute but definitely not my size. Waist 16 Upper Hip 17 True Hip 19 Rise 11.5
