Wide leg. Has the extra “cargo” pockets for “stuff”. XL but because wide leg, more like 2XL. Inseam 31”. NWOT never worn.
Added a photo. So the waist is 38”. But, on each side towards the back there are 3 buttons(see last photo)that when you tighten them it makes the waist 34”.

@williamhatcher waist measures 38”. But, look at the last photo that I added and read the additional information too. I guess the waist could adjust from 34”-38”.
