It moves and makes noise exactly how it is suppose to. It has the original ear tag. It measures approximately 12.5 inches Tall, 7 inches Wide and 8 inches Long and runs on 4 AA batteries (not included to keep weight down). It comes from a smoke free and pet free home and will be packaged and shipped with great care.
