Wow couture, royal blue one piece Cocktail dress.

This never worn before dress is very tight and royal blue. As shown in the pictures there’s a flap that lifts up over the skirt, but the dress is attached as one piece it does wear very tight. V-neck in front and straight at top of back of dress.
