@andoverjen Hi Jen, I am so sorry for the delay, there was a family emergency, please forgive me. The measurements are: 9 inches high, 13 inches across (the top of the bag). The handles are about 10 inches high. The whole bag, from the tip of the handles to the bottom is about 19 inches. It's a fairly decent shoulder bag. There are lots of compartments inside with zip and a button closure. Xx
