This is a black Worthington pencil skirt with a slit at the back middle bottom of the skirt and a zipper and clasp at the back top of the skirt. This skirt measures 23.25 inches in length, 15.5 inches at the waist, and 18.5 inches at the hips. This skirt is preloved with slight discoloration that has been pictured.
