Worthington womens short sleeve top

Worthington Womens short sleeve top/tank. Size says Petite PM(assuming a petite medium??) approximate measurements are length 23 inches bust 16 inches. Great condition lightly worn with no rips or stains. Is a black and white pattern with very soft/silky material. Has a low cut/ flowing neck line and has slight ruching on both sides. The sleeves are very short almost like a tank top.
