This style is from the late 90’s to mid-2000’s. Very beautiful fabric, feels thick and the dress is definitely fitted once it’s on. Underneath is a silk-like slip, and there’s a built in belt (which can be taken off but there’s belt loop holes sewed into the dress). Thank you for looking, please ask if you have questions!
