White Worthington lined sheath dress with a black and royal blue floral pattern. Cotton, polyester, and spandex. Size 6. Shoulder to hem is 35.5 inches. Laying flat, the chest is 17 inches, although there is some dimension to it for more room. The fabric has some stretch, but not a lot. It's similar to the material of khakis.
