Partially lines. There's a twist in the middle of the neckline. This was hard to capture in the pictures. It is part of the design. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 17 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the blouse is 24 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
