VTG Worthington Houndstooth Navy Blue and Gold Pencil Skirt Women's Size 14 Tall Houndstooth pattern has Navy Blue, Gold, and green running throughout. Good used condition. Tag say 14 Tall but this skirt definitely runs small. See measurements below. Measurements Flat Lay: 14" waist but can stretch to 16" Length is 28" There is button closure and zipper in the back, both in working condition. Slight stretch in waist.
