rhondawonus @ntoteeth1 i would say so. It’s very fitted and is a waist jacket. I asked for an XL and this is what they gave me. My bust size is 40 so that can give you an idea of the chest area. I’m 5’4 and weigh 174. Hopefully that gives you an idea. It fit me comfortable. I love the jacket but don’t ride anymore and broke up with a boyfriend who had a bike.
