Vintage French Connection from 90s, bought new. I'm the original owner. Flattering A-line shape. Fabric is flowy, so contours to your hips. Wrap is secured by 2 buttons at either end of front waist, one inside, one outside. Lined. Vintage size 9/10 (fits much smaller) Waist: 14" Hip (4.25" down): 18-1/8 Hem: 25.25" Length: 16-3/16" 100% rayon Dry clean SFPF
