Words Blue and White Patchwork- Look Plaid High Waisted Flowy- Shorts M/L 10/12

High- waisted, flowy- like shorts, appear like a skirt when on. I had the idea of rolling and pinning/ sewing them to shorter length, but I out-grew them before I tried that out. They still look very cute, like a skirt, even though they’re really shorts! Win-win. Used- good condition.
