Do you think this would be good for 30-40 degree weather?

@pennylanela I think everybody is different. For me, it would be okay if I had hat, scarf, gloves, and layers underneath. It also depends on whether I’m walking or stationary. If stationary (like at a football game), I would want something warmer.
