Beautiful, well made, and WARM! I think the lining is cotton but the wool is really warm and an effective windbreaker. Rarely worn, in excellent condition. Mandarin collar with side brass button closures and silver-black ribbon trim. Purchased at Nepalese boutique in NYC.
