Wool crochet cloche bowler from Scotland

I purchased this in Scotland and never wore it. I'm not sure the exact size but my head is 7 and 3/4 for reference. It's 100% wool And made in England according to the tag stamp inside with a knitted flower. Has some lint on it I will roll that off before shipping.
