Are the accents beads or something else? Do you have measurements please?

@cherrytempest yes, they are really small beads. Rear center is 19”. Arm length to hem is 25”.

Could you provide additional measurements? Underarm to underarm and clarify if this is a high-low hem (lower in front)? or straight hem. Thank you!
