Hand painted decorative bowl by Betsey Davis Folk Art. Wooden bowl. Painted gray tabby style cats. Phrases refer to raising children Great gift for a cat lover with children! Bowl measures 6 7/8" diameter. 2 1/4" height/deep. Has hanger attached but hanger could be removed and bowl used as a trinket/catch all bowl It may be a vintage piece, I'm not sure.
