Each Sort Apples comes with 18 apples; 3 of each color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple; one of each size per color: small, medium, large. The smallest apple is definitely miniature at 1/2" diameter and 1/2" tall diameter. The medium apple is approximately 3/4" diameter and 7/8" tall. The biggest apple is approximately 1 and 3/8" diameter and 1and 1/4" tall. Each apple has been painted using a soy based wash and coated in beeswax and jojoba oil to seal the color and protect the wood. Due to the size of these apples they are recommended for children 3+ as they could pose a choking hazard, especially for mouthy-explorers.
