Wood Rhinestone Panels Fashion Stretch Bracelet

Defect: Pls refer to the last picture. One panel is missing rhinestone. This wood beaded cuff bracelet looks so nice with white outfit!! It seems a bit loose, just going based on my own opinion not sure what the style of it should be. I don’t know if it has stretched or of it is for a bigger wrist. If there is any way to find out pls let me know. Listed as damaged
