Costume is A-line dress that pulls on over head. Includes headband, cuffs. Sizing fits 10-12 comfortably. I never actually wore, just the person I bought from; but I found so visible flaws. Reposhing this item I purchased from @richelec. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
