Reposhing this item I purchased from @cosmicjinx. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. used in Very Good condition, 1/2 of a winter season. In my opinion, they are a snug 10, so a 9 or 9.5 toddler that are about to size up, these might be good. Questions? Leave a comment below!

I'm pretty sure they are, I'm having a hard time locating this exact pair anywhere online to find a whole description, but they look similar to some which stated water resistant. I updated the listing with current pictures as I just realized I only hit the reposh button from the person originally bought new from. In my opinion, they are a snug toddler 10, unless my sons socks were just thicker lol.
