It could be closed with a nice matching pin if desired. This dress runs very large so I think it could be considered a plus size. I know that CATO clothing does run a bit large. Really nice design and the scalloped bottom really makes it unique. SIZE - XLarge but seems to run larger, 95% polyester, 5% spandex If you need further measurements just ask please.
