Womens wizard of oz Glinda the good witch costume. The size is OS fits up to dress size 12. The tops of the sleeves do have a tear on them at the seam as shown. There are some markings on the dress as well as shown in the photos. You might be able to spot clean the dress. I haven’t tried. Comes as shown in the photos. I may have missed something minor. Ask any and all questions. No returns.
