Womens winter coat

Black and white winter/dress coat. Only worn a hand full of times to formal occasions . There is a thread loose on the right arm (see photo) and I believe it used to have a hood. The collar is nice and high and the jacket is fairly heavy and warm. No other imperfections notes aside from what is mentioned. Smoke free home.
