Women's white blouse with floral design and decorative trim

This New blouse has a tag on it from the seller which doesn't include the brand name. Size Small. The decorative white trim extends the length of the sleeve and around the collar and front of the blouse. No tag stating material composition. It appears to be polyester. Machine wash cold. I received this as a gift but it doesn't fit me. It came from a smoking home so it needs to be laundered but I didn't want to remove the tag before shipping. No price on the tag.
