Women’s waist trainer

Women’s black waist trainer. Two set of hooks. First set of hooks measure 26” and second set of hooks measure 27” width is 11”. The tag is not readable there are a few white marks on trainer as shown in pictures. Condition is fair. One of the hooks are are not in line with others as shown in pictures but is secure. I don’t know the size but I’m going to say it’s a small.
