Women's velvet black blouse

women's scoop neck Black Velvet blouse. cap sleeve scoop neck with cute tie at bosom and elastic gather at waist. very plush and elegantly sexy. the the waistline is not tight only suggested. front scoop to bottom 14" middle of back 18'to bottom PIT pit to pit 18" waist as elastic with a lot of stretch about four and a half inches without stretching and bottom has flare after waist. never worn but I cut the tags off and thought I would wear it for New Year's Eve. unfortunately I was hit by a Chevy suburban while crossing the street in a cross walk going to planet fitness this was total irony. that was the end of August thought this top would be perfect now I'm still trying to walk. I would love to have someone who can appreciate it.
