Women's tuxedo blouse with bell sleeves

JS collection. Purchased in Canada size 8 seems to run on a smaller size. I would consider this a size 6. Please note there are missing buttons on the sleeves. The mounts are there, but the crystals are not. Can be replaced or removed one Crystal for a different look.
