Women’s tunic like shirt

No tags. Never worn Black 3/4 length sleeves, elastic boat neck so can be worn off the shoulder. Semi sheer very light summer fabric. Beautiful colorful design on front but plain black on back. This is size mismarked. It has a tag XL but this is probably a 6. Not much stretch or give
